A Little Good…

If you believe in something, preach it, talk about it to anyone who cares to listen. By so doing you are passing on information of “what works” to other people. I agree that it is not all cases that work for one that would work for another, but in most cases where someone recommends something or a certain service that worked for them, then it is more likely that it would work for a large number of people. Promoting brands or people that have been good to you should come naturally to us. I mean people have had bad experiences dealing with the wrong people, service or product, so if you happen to be someone who has received the positive sides, it should be natural to want others to have that good experience. It wouldn’t take anything away from you to simply talk about it or make certain recommendations based on that experience. You shouldn’t expect financial rewards for every good you do, of course, it is quite different if you were approached by a brand to advertise or market their product or services. (I still would expect you to only promote brands you have used and are sure of their product). This is totally different from being a beneficiary or recipient of a good service, product or behaviour.

One of the major causes of distrust among users of a product is when the advertised product fails to do exactly what it claims to be. If a brand makes this mistake once, and makes it again, it becomes very difficult for the buying public to trust it. This creates room for other competing brands to offer the same product or service better. This is also where a good unpaid recommendation can come in, to assist people who truly want a good service or product to get the same from a more responsible brand.

Try as much as possible to be free with your recommendations this week, a little information here and there won’t hurt. As I said earlier, you must not request a reward for every action of yours. So, this week, be free with those recommendations!

Have a blessed week.
