Life can be very unpredictable. There is no guarantee that doing everything right will give you your desired result. A lot of people live very healthy lifestyles; they don’t smoke, they eat healthy meals, infact, they do everything right, but still end up with terminal diseases. So while it is important and very imperative to do the right things, in terms of your job, business, family, health etc, do not be surprised or lose hope when the exact opposite of your efforts become the result. Yes, life is that unpredictable. (You can see the video version of this post on this link https://youtu.be/TTh0agFAwDs?si=GSDKI-vhwo_7Es0N )
Many people have slipped into depression because of unmet expectations, loss of loved ones, or an important part of their life; the problem with this depression is that it will require a great deal of resurgence of hope to bring that person back to living a normal life. It is not easy to go through certain seasons of life alone and that is why we have to look out for one another. Somebody close to you may be going through a difficult season of life, checking up once in a while and saying the right words may just be what they need to pull through that day.
Please be kind, do not be quick to judge others, you are not privy to what made them do what they did. Do not assume that you are better than them, because faced with the same kind of situation they faced and failed, you may not do better than they did.
Many are quick to mock “fallen people”, what they do not know however, is that no matter the kind of discipline they think they have, they are human and may fall to another type of temptation. Do not get me wrong, it’s okay to resist temptation, practice “fleeing from evil”, do your best to remove yourself from a bad situation, but my point is this, you can do your best and still fall to another type of temptation. So do not mock people.
If you have been in a situation where you failed, and you are still dealing with the effects of that failure, I want to assure you that you can rise again. It may look like your chapter has closed, you may have borne the brunt of whispers around you, you may have even given up. Please, don’t throw in the towel, just examine the reason for your failure, work on it and resist any attempt to fall again. You were up there before, so I believe that you can still find your way back to the top .This is your time to rise like a phoenix.
I’m rooting for you!
